Feel free to visit the library for more details as needed.

General Guidelines

• Reservations must be submitted prior to 8:00am the day the reservation is needed.
• Reservation requests on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the following work day.
• When a room is not reserved, it is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If the group who reserved a room does not show up, the room reservation is forfeited at 15 minutes past the beginning reservation time.
• Please return the furniture to its normal configuration following use.
• The library reserves the right to re-assign or refuse to make a reservation.

Daily schedules showing reservations will be posted each morning.
