Flight Registration
All international flights are required to be registered with ANVIL.
- Flights booked through Vanderbilt's travel agency, World Travel, or travel booking portal, Concur, are automatically registered with ANVIL.
- Flights booked through an airline, outside travel agency, or online vendor/travel site must be registered with ANVIL using their parsing service
- To upload your flights, forward your e-ticket to VanderbiltTrip@anvilgroup.com.
- Your e-ticket should be forwarded as is. Do not add any information to the subject or body of the forwarded email

To create these briefs, ANVIL uses information provided by multiple government data sources from the:
- United States
- Australia
- Canada
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
To request a travel brief, email globalsafety@vanderbilt.edu with the following information:
- Destination(s) of interest
- Topics of concern
- Primary data source (if one is preferred, default data sources are determined by proximity to planned destination)
- Traveler Citizenship
