A single 12 credit semester would cost 12 tuition credit hours ($29,028) plus insurance & fees.
Financial Aid
- Master’s students who are U.S. citizens or permanent resident aliens are eligible for federal financial aid. Find out more on the Graduate School Financial Aid page. Free Application for Financial Aid (FAFSA)*
- International students do not qualify for federally funded loan programs unless they are permanent residents of the United States. International students are eligible to apply for a private alternative source of funding, but must have a U.S. citizen or permanent resident as a co-borrower.
- Prodigy Finance and MPOWER Financing offer loan options to international students pursuing an MS in data science. The loans do not require a U.S. co-borrower.

Student Employment
The program does not offer graduate assistantships with admission. Students may find part-time employment through the Student Employment office or seek out their own Research Assistant opportunities. Second year students are eligible to apply for Data Science Teaching Assistantships. Teaching Assistantships and Research Assistantships are paid like a part-time job, and do not offer tuition benefits.
