Weekly Wellbeing Practices run from 9/2 through 12/4, not inclusive of Fall break or Thanksgiving break. 

Note: All weekly wellbeing practices will be virtual until 9/15, when we hope to reopen the CSW building fully. Please check our website/social media for updates.

  • Mindfulness Mondays Meditation
    • Mondays, 1:15-1:45 pm, CSW Meditation Room, co-sponsored with Peabody Student Affairs
  • CSW Study Hall
    • Tuesdays, 1-3 pm, CSW Classroom
    • Virtual Drop-In, Fridays, 10 am-12 pm, on Zoom
  • Yoga
    • Thursdays, 5:30 pm, CSW Meditation Room
  • Massage
    • Wednesdays, 2-4 pm, Start date TBD pending building renovation
  • Vanderbilt Recovery Support
    • Pride Meetings, 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 1:15 pm, CSW
    • Thursdays, 8pm, CSW

Drop-In Coaching

Meet with a CSW coach to discuss concerns impacting your wellbeing or academic success. For example: stress management, time management, organization skills, or positive coping strategies.
