Plans announced for VUMC to acquire Tennova Healthcare-Lebanon

Leaders of Vanderbilt University Medical Center today announced plans to purchase Tennova Healthcare-Lebanon, a two-campus facility licensed for 245 beds, from subsidiaries of Community Health Systems, Inc.
