At Vanderbilt Health Purchasing Collaborative (VHPC), our team continues to grow—and so does our impact. Since 2021, we’ve expanded from fewer than 10 employees to a team of 22, all dedicated to delivering meaningful value to our members. Last week, we gathered our “team” to celebrate the season and plan for an exciting new year for our members from around the country. It was a week of collaboration, innovation, celebration, education, and fun. Together, we focused on our 2026 objectives, reviewed best practices from the past year, and explored new ideas to strengthen member value—including new members, new contracts, and key growth initiatives. In the spirit of our “team” theme, many showed up in their VHPC jerseys and gear. It was a great reminder that building a high-performance team starts with a shared purpose: serving members with excellence.

Vanderbilt Health Purchasing Collaborative welcomes recently joined acute member, Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center, in Hope, Arkansas. SWARMC joins over 160 hospitals in the aggregation group, which also includes 386 ASCs, 5,600+ clinics, 91 LTCs, 68 hospitality, and 71 hospice locations across 48 states. VHPC is excited to serve Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center with savings, service, benchmarking, analytics, and other value streams.
