ADVANCE
Accelerating Data Value Across a National Community Health Center Network (ADVANCE) is a PCORnet® Clinical Research Network that integrates electronic health record and community data for patients across the United States. ADVANCE maintains the nation’s most comprehensive data set on community-based health care organizations and the populations they serve.

Special Journal Supplement
A February 2026 PCORI-sponsored supplement of the journal Medical Care looks at the scope and scale of PCORnet. The 19 peer-reviewed open-access articles demonstrate the robust scientific value of PCORnet in accelerating patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research.
