Latest town halls for Behavioral Health, Ambulatory Adult Operations available to view

The latest Vanderbilt Behavioral Health Town Hall occurred on Sept. 25, hosted by Jameson K. Norton, MBA, President of Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital and Outpatient Services. The VBH leadership team provided an update on COVID-19 and shared various initiatives focused on enhancing the overall patient experience. Special recognitions were celebrated for key staff who have gone “above and beyond” during these difficult days and for our very own Hometown Hero, John Bell, who was honored virtually at the Oct. 3 Vanderbilt University home football game. Multiple internal community updates were provided and a video focusing on diversity and inclusion was shared. The session concluded with a forum for open discussion.
