On Saturday, May 8 and Sunday, May 9, from 7 a.m - 4 p.m., Pierce Avenue will be affected by construction to replace a piece of granite that was damaged during the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt expansion project. 

The east-bound lane of Pierce Avenue will be closed from the crossover pedestrian bridge to the stop sign. Two-way traffic can be allowed as directed by flagmen, and signage will be posted for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
