McDonald new president of credit union

McDonald graduated from Vanderbilt with a B.A. in 1987 and also earned an M.Ed. from Vanderbilt in 1988. In addition, he received an MBA from Western Carolina University in 1993. 

He has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently at the Five Star Credit Union in Dothan, Alabama. 

The credit union, located at 107 Oxford House, is open to employees of Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Vanderbilt University. It provides competitive savings and checking accounts, as well as other services such as car loans, mortgages and home equity loans.
