Roving carts, contest, other activities mark Falls Prevention Awareness Week Sept. 23-29

National Falls Prevention Awareness Week, Sept. 23-29, is being observed by VUMC's Quality, Safety and Risk Prevention office with roving carts on Sept. 25 and 26 providing candy, games and other items. Those who complete a word search puzzle and/or a fall prevention fishbone diagram will be eligible for a chance to win a $25 Amazon gift card.
