Actionable phone numbers coming to Mobile Heartbeat

Beginning Oct. 30, callback numbers sent via page will be “clickable” in Mobile Heartbeat. The Mobile Heartbeat user can click the number visible in the Mobile Heartbeat text message to directly call the phone number listed in the page. This functionality will work for five-digit Vanderbilt extensions (other than private operating rooms) and standard 10-digit numbers.
