Nov. 1 is the deadline for physicians to complete their one-time registration on Doximity in order to participate in next year's U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals and Best Children's Hospitals surveys.

Any physician who is board certified in one of the 16 adult or 10 pediatric specialties ranked by U.S. News is eligible to participate. Eligible physicians are encouraged to register with Doximity by November 1 and to update the email address on their account to ensure receipt of the digital survey next year. 

To complete the one-time registration process, visit www.doximity.com and search your first and last name to locate the account created for you by Doximity. Follow the brief security questions to verify your account.
