Thrive training for real-time eligibility

The eStar Training team is currently offering Thrive classes focusing on real-time eligibility (RTE). This training will help mon-clinical eStar users interpret RTE responses to:

• Take action on data mismatches
• Know when to manually verify a coverage
• Add coverages with the correct plan

Classes will be offered on Fridays through December 13.  See session options and register in the Learning Exchange.
