Changes made to eStar InBaskets

The eStar team is releasing a number of changes to InBaskets within eStar that will help to improve their functionality. A list of these changes is included below:

MHAV Message

  • MHAV Message content will now be automatically copied to MyChart Encounter without prompting user

Dial Button

  • In some message types, there is a “dial command” button, which has been removed

Auto Population of senders name

  • Disabling of auto-population of sender’s name in routing section (for any message type of encounters that can be routed)
    • Sender’s name will no longer auto-populate when routing a message (will primarily affect prescription requests and patient calls)

Pool Name Search Functionality

  • Searching for pool names will now be easier – typing in key word(s) will pull up a listing of those pools with the searched word(s)

eLearnings available

  • Five new eLearnings have been created and are now available through the Learning Exchange:
    • eStar Online: REFAMB001 MHAV Sending and Receiving Messages
    • eStar Online: REFAMB002 – Refill Encounters
    • eStar Online: REFAMB003 – Orders Only and Documentation Encounters
    • eStar Online: REFAMB004 – Choosing the Correct Encounter Type
    • eStar Online: REFAMB005 – Working with Telephone Encounters

Scheduling Message Type

  • Schedule Message type has been removed

My Chart Encounter

  • Tabs within My Chart Encounter will mimic set-up of Telephone Encounter
