Panel discussion on Nashville's transit plan to be Jan. 30

A panel discussion, "What is Nashville's Transit Plan?" will be held Tuesday, Jan. 30,  from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. at
Kissam Center C210 Multi-purpose Room.

The group will discuss what the Nashville transit plan entails and seek to reach a better understanding of what is proposed. 

The panel will include:

• Craig Philip - research professor, Vanderbilt University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering; director, VECTOR
• Erin Hafkenschiel - director, Mayor’s Office of Transportation and Sustainability 
• Steve Bland - CEO, Nashville MTA
• Noah Van Mierlo - Vanderbilt University student
• Steve Gild -Vanderbilt University staff
• Walter Searcy - Transit for Nashville

Boxed lunches will be provided for the first 90 attendees.
