Editions of "Survey Sparks" newsletter on hand hygiene and clearing clutter available now

As part of the communication plan to engage and prepare staff for VUMC's upcoming Joint Commission survey, the newsletter "Survey Sparks" will be distributed throughout the organization on a twice-weekly basis. The first issues focus on the new Joint Commission SAFER Matrix scoring methodology and Tips and Demeanor during survey,
