Bruce Green, son of late faculty member Neil Green, MD, to ride bike from L.A. to Boston to raise funds for Children's Hospital

To honor his father’s memory and raise funds and awareness for orthopaedics at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, Bruce Green, son of late faculty member Neil Green, MD, is preparing to ride his bike on a 3,400 mile expedition from Los Angeles to Boston, starting on May 11.

The late Dr. Green impacted countless lives during his nearly four-decade-long service to Vanderbilt as professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation and director and chief of the Division of Pediatric Orthopaedics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
