New revenue management curriculum available
A new Revenue Management curriculum is available for Cost Center Owners and Reconcilers in revenue-producing areas. The curriculum is designed to provide the knowledge and tools necessary to reconcile charges to procedures using reports within eStar. Centers and areas are grouped together by like tools and processes that are available to them to conduct the reconciliation process. Each group, or cohort, has its own training path.
To enroll in this curriculum:
- Access the Learning Exchange
- Log in with VUNetID and ePassword
- In the “Find a Course” box, search Revenue Management
- Click “Enroll” to enroll in the curriculum
