Vanderbilt Health Connect blackout dates to be June 19-24
There will be a blackout period for Access VU from Tuesday, June 19, to Sunday, June 24. Access VU is the system used to generate new Vanderbilt Health Connect IDs/Accounts and houses functionality such as “Forgot My Password” and “Reset Password.”
During the blackout period the following actions will not be available:
- No ability to grant new monitors access to Vanderbilt Health Connect or Star Panel
- No ability to resend Vanderbilt Health Connect claiming email previously sent to a monitor, but not acted upon
- No Password reset functionality
- No Changes made to accounts, such as email or name changes
While this blackout does not affect any functionality within Vanderbilt Health Connect itself, you are advised to not schedule a monitor visit during the blackout period.
Additionally, if you have a monitor visit scheduled the following week, please make sure you submit your access requests before Friday, June 15, to ensure we are able to process the request for access prior to the monitoring visit.
