Vandy Cafe conducting survey

The Vandy Cafe restaurant in Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt is conducting a survey of its customers. The survey was originally scheduled to end on May 31, but has been extended through June. 

The survey can be accessed online by either scanning a qr code or accessing an online survey with a provided post card available at Vandy Cafe.
