VERITAS Upgrade underway

VERITAS, VUMC’s occurrence reporting system, will be upgraded on Thursday, Aug. 2. For approximately eight hours beginning at 9 a.m., the tool will not be available for use. During this planned downtime, you may continue to report events by calling the Office of Risk and Insurance Management:

For work-related injuries or events involving visitors, call 615-936-0664 or 615-584-9421.

For events related to patient care, call 615-936-0660.

All users are encouraged to refer to the instructions regarding how to enter an event in the new version of VERITAS by using the following link:
