Life Phase Series – Getting Older: Tips on the Legal Planning Around Medicare and Medicaid
Join Bryson Eubanks, Elder Law of Nashville, as he presents information to help answer this question: What are the legal planning steps to plan for the future if using Medicare and Medicaid? This presentation will be held Thursday, Sept. 13, from noon to 1 p.m. in room 411 Light Hall.
Eubanks grew up in Lebanon, Tennessee, and graduated from Carson-Newman University. Eubanks then attended Appalachian State University, where he received a master’s degree in Gerontology. He currently is attending the Nashville School of Law. Upon graduation, Eubanks plans to continue his practice with Elder Law of Nashville, where he is currently a public benefits specialist.
