Update to eStar: basket folder called "Clinical Documentation"

To help streamline communications between Health Information Management (HIM) and inpatient clinicians, there is now new guidance for use of an In Basket folder called “Clinical Documentation.”

Via In Baskets, clinicians with missing or incomplete documentation will receive a query message from HIM Clinical Documentation Specialists. The clinician should then follow the Query Instructions in the message to provide the required documentation. Both authors and cosigners or attesters will receive these messages.
