"On hold" music to be down for one hour on Jan. 20; callers will be holding in silence

On Monday, Jan. 20, from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m., Vanderbilt University Information Technology (VUIT) will relocate the sources for Music on Hold. All VU and VUMC users of NEC phones put on hold during the one-hour relocation timeframe will hear silence while holding. This will not affect Skype calls.
