Master of Science in Clinical Investigation (MSCI) program now accepting applications; deadline is Feb. 28
The Master of Science in Clinical Investigation (MSCI) program is now accepting applications until Feb. 28 for the Fall 2020 cohort.
The MSCI program trains investigators in the techniques and processes utilized in clinical and translational research. This program provides a direct, mentored experience in clinical investigation and, through didactic coursework, provides trainees with a strong foundation in study design, biostatistics, clinical trials, and biomedical ethics.
The program typically takes five semesters (two years) to complete. Graduates successfully compete for grants such as the K23, K99, VA Career Development Award, R01, and major foundation grants.
Special Students may also apply to enroll in select courses for professional development in clinical and translational research.
More information is available at the MSCI (https://medschool.vanderbilt.edu/msci/) website or you may contact the program at MSCI@vanderbilt.edu.
