This week's food truck vendors are Rakka and Roll and Empanada Sonata

Each Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Health Plus sponsors food trucks behind Light Hall. Each week features two trucks and a Health Plus "healthy pick" from each menu to help support the healthy lifestyle practices of the Vanderbilt community.

Upcoming food truck schedule:

• 3/18 Tennessee Tatercakes and Two Thompson's
• 3/25 Southern Spoon and Dawg Daze

Space limits mean that only two trucks can come per week, so long waits sometimes occur. Trucks may be subject to change.
