eStar Update: Telehealth Eligibility Indicator

Beginning July 27, clinicians and schedulers will have a new eStar tool available to help schedule telehealth visits for VUMC patients.

The Telehealth Eligibility Indicator uses eStar insurance information to assess if and where a patient can have a telehealth appointment covered by their insurance. Displaying easy-to-read results in the Storyboard, the new tool will help reduce confusion about offering telehealth visits to patients.
