Volunteers with and without traumatic brain injury needed for study

Vanderbilt researchers are seeking volunteers for a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Clinical Study.

If you have a documented history of Traumatic Brain Injury (or have been told by a doctor that you have a mild TBI injury) and are 18 or older, you may be eligible to participate.

OR

If you have never experienced Traumatic Brain Injury, are 18 or older, and are relatively healthy, you may also be eligible to participate as a normal control subject.

The purpose of this study is to identify diagnostic measures for sensory dysfunction in TBI patients so that future therapies can be developed.

All assessments will be completed in one day. These include:

- Baseline ophthalmic exam
- Comprehensive standard ear/hearing exam
- Evoked potential testing to light and sound with EEG
- Sensory integration assessments
- MRI

Participants will receive a gift card and lunch will be provided on the day of study.
