Welcome to new MyVUMC readers at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital

This edition of MyVUMC is reaching several hundred new readers: the employees of Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital who became Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) employees last week.

So, a quick introduction:

MyVUMC is published via email twice a week by VUMC News and Communications, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays (unless breaking news requires a change in schedule). MyVUMC exists to keep all Medical Center colleagues, wherever they are based, informed of news and activities around the institution, including news from Human Resources; about Information Technology; lectures and clinical trials; employee discounts; and health and wellness opportunities.

There are also links to stories and features in other Medical Center publications, including the newspaper, VUMC Reporter (published both in print and online), and the employee feature magazine, VUMC Voice (online only).
