Getting a new phone, tablet or laptop over the holidays? Four steps to re-connect to VUMC.
The holidays are often when people replace smartphones and other personal devices. If you get a new smartphone or tablet, follow these four steps to re-connect to VUMC resources:
- Connect to the VUMC Employee wireless network.
- Re-enroll in WorkSpace ONE for mobile device management (MDM). If you can unenroll from your old device first, it will improve your re-enrollment experience.
- Submit a Pegasus Ticket for a replacement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) token.
- If you have a new personal laptop, re-connect to the Virtual Private Network (VPN).
