Respirator fit testing available

June 15 is the compliancy due date for Paid Peer Reviews for employees who need respirator checks. Employees may check their Health and Wellness Information Portal to confirm that you are completely compliant with your N-95 services.

Annual Re-fits can attend all available sessions. If this is your first time being fitted at VUMC, you can only attend the Initial sessions.
Reminder: Individuals must have no amount of facial hair/stubble, OR have a mustache/goatee that does not interfere with where the mask seals to the face to be Fit Tested. Shaving the same day as the fit test is recommended.

If you need to complete the N-95 Medical Evaluation you can complete it two different ways.

2: Go to Occupational Health Clinic and ask to complete an N-95 Medical Evaluation form OR email respirator@vanderbilt.udu to receive the form to fax over to OHC.
