Express Yourself fall creative writing series begins today
The Express Yourself fall creative writing series, a program for anyone impacted by cancer who is interested in learning and exploring expressive writing, has its first meeting Sept. 5. The program is free, regardless of where cancer care is received, and no experience required.
Participants will have the opportunity to create original writing in a safe space. The series will be led by 2018-2019 the Curb Creative Writing Fellow at Vanderbilt University.
Workshops will be held every Wednesday, 5:30 -7:30 p.m., from Sept. 5 to Oct. 17.
Dinner will be provided, and participants are encouraged to participate in all sessions.
