eStar Update: FastLabs pop-up

Beginning Feb. 17, a new FastLabs pop-up will appear within the patient encounter. This will help improve clinician efficiency.

Clinicians can quickly see some of a patient’s recent labs, by pressing the F12 button within the patient encounter. The pop-up will display for the patient with a current open encounter.

If clinicians are reviewing patients on patient list or within In Basket, they must open the patient’s chart to see the pop-up. They will be prompted to select the encounter to see the new pop-up.
