eStar updates and changes announced

Documentation Changes

As of May 12, there are changes to documentation in eStar. These changes will help improve documentation efficiency and will impact all clinicians who document in eStar.

The changes include:

• Changes to Sidebar Summary: has been updated with additional links and improved notes reports
• Discharge Navigator: removed HPI, renamed Discharge Problem Oriented Charting to Discharge Summary, Added Reconcile Problems to TOC
