VUMC Managed Print Services moves under VUMC IT administration

VUMC’s Managed Print Services, which provides support for most of the Medical Center’s copiers and printers, is now being administered by VUMC IT.  No changes are expected to your services or our current vendor, Vereco.

Transition of Administration

  • During July, Supply Chain’s Fleet Management section will process June’s payment and chargeback transactions for fiscal year 2021. After that, all administration will be taken over by VUMC IT’s Business Operation’s unit.
  • Fiscal year 2021 questions, including questions about chargebacks, should be directed to Frank Ashe at frank.ashe@vumc.org.
  • Fiscal year 2022 questions can be sent to vumc.it.vec.invoices@vumc.org.

SmartPrint Devices

Copiers and printers still covered under the SmartPrinting program will continue to receive service and support under their original contracts as long as necessary.  Supply Chain’s Fleet Management team will continue to administer these devices until they are replaced.   • If you are experiencing an issue with a printer, contact the VUMC IT Help Desk at 615-343-HELP (4357) or submit a Pegasus Ticket and indicate the problem you are having.
