Take action by Feb. 1 to maintain access to VUMC email from personal devices
If you are an active user of Microsoft Outlook Exchange for email and calendar from a personal device, the way you access VUMC email is changing on Feb. 1, 2020.
To help secure VUMC data, Vanderbilt University Medical Center is requiring enrollment in VUMC’s mobile device management solution, WorkSpace ONE, for all employees who use their personal mobile devices - smartphones and tablets - to access VUMC email and calendar resources. This enrollment requirement is in keeping with the VUMC policy on Use of Mobile Devices to Conduct VUMC Business.
After Feb. 1, Medical Center employees can access Microsoft Office Exchange email through WorkSpace ONE or access VUMC email online via the Outlook Web Access (OWA) application.
