Change to virtual desktop interface (VDI) for eStar users

As of Jan. 26, eStar users will see a new look to their desktops after accessing eStar through the virtual desktop interface (VDI). Icons for many of the applications they use will be available on the refreshed desktops, which should help improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Users may also see icons for applications they do not currently use on the refreshed desktops.
