MH-CURE Mobile Heartbeat downtime scheduled tonight

On Feb. 18 at 10 p.m., MH-CURE by Mobile Heartbeat will receive a scheduled upgrade. The upgrade will require a one- to two-hour downtime for the application, which means all functionality will be unavailable.

Downtime procedures for clinical communications and paging should be used, including call lights in hallways, and placing pages through eStar and Synergy instead of MH-CURE. As secure text (SMS) messaging will not be available during the downtime, care team members should be contacted using call lists available in Synergy.

Following downtime, users who have MH-CURE installed on their personal device should ensure they have the latest version of the app by going to the App or Play store. MH-CURE on shared devices will be automatically updated via a rolling schedule throughout the day on Feb. 19.

All users will need to actively log back into the MH-CURE app to ensure they are receiving timely communications.
