Friends of Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt to thank hospital staff tomorrow

To thank the staff of Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, Friends of Children's Hospital volunteers will be giving out treats and holding drawings for Children’s Hospital employees on Friday, Feb. 21, from 11:00 a.m. – 1 p.m.  

This annual event gives Friends of Children’s Hospital the opportunity to say thank you for the service and excellent care hospital staff gives to children and their families. Children’s Hospital staff members are invited to come by the table outside The Friends Shop, located on the second floor of the hospital to get a treat and sign up for drawings being held throughout the day. Please bring your Vanderbilt ID. 

For Children’s Hospital offices located off campus, employee names and phone numbers may be sent in for the drawings by 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20 to friends@vumc.org. 

Employees are also invited to become an official Friends member. Friends mission is to provide support through fundraising, outreach and patient and family support, and all are invited to join. Any employee who becomes a Friend on Friday will be additionally thanked in a special way.
