VUMC Culture Survey begins June 8

The 2020 VUMC Culture Survey is scheduled to open June 8 and will close on June 22. This year’s full survey will include the nursing excellence survey, a safety culture survey and an employee engagement survey as well as five new questions about the Medical Center’s compliance with regulations.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought everyone together in new ways to deliver innovative and effective care that has saved lives across the region. The Culture Survey will be an important opportunity to tell us what matters to you, and perhaps most importantly, whether you feel empowered to make a difference in the lives of others.

The more responses to this year’s survey, the better the understanding of organizational strengths and where we need to improve. Last year’s survey had a response rate of nearly 80%. This year’s goal is 90% participation.
