Osher Center offering virtual yoga sessions
The Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Vanderbilt is offering a Beginner Yoga class on Thursdays starting May 7 and lasting through May 28 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. and a Continuing Yoga class on Fridays beginning May 8 through May 29 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Yoga for Stress Management classes are also being offered on Mondays from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. beginning May 11 and lasting through June 8.
