eStar update: Facility-specific op notes

Beginning June 10, surgeons (or other clinicians performing surgeries) who open the Brief Op Note and/or Op Note sections will be presented with each note type associated with requirements for each respective facility. This change has been made to align Op Note types to facility-specific workflows.

For surgeons/clinicians performing surgeries at Vanderbilt University Adult Hospital and Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt facilities:

• Will see same defaulted VUMC Brief Op Note and VUMC Op Note
• No changes have been made to these notes

For surgeons/clinicians performing surgeries at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital (VWCH) facilities:

• Will see defaulted VWCH Brief Op Note and VWCH Op Note
• Notes now contain requested changes for VWCH workflows

Note: Any private note types will not receive the programmed SmartLinks created for these note types.
