Beginning June 24, new checklists will appear in admission and discharge navigators. These checklists will help enhance patient care, ensure patient safety and reduce confusion after discharge. 

The admission checklist is accessible through Admit-Consult activity tab, and the discharge checklist is accessible through Transfer-Discharge activity tab. All items on each checklist must be completed in order to submit/publish checklist.
