Synergy and eStar paging to have downtime tomorrow

A Synergy (and eStar Paging) downtime is scheduled to allow a server upgrade on Nov. 18.

 

The downtime will affect the Synergy desktop application and the Synergy mobile applications for both Android and iOS.

 

The downtime time is scheduled for 5-5:30 a.m., and may not take the entire 30 minutes.

 

This should not affect eStar Consult paging since it does not go through Synergy behind the scenes.

 

  • There will be a message displayed for users when logging into the apps (see below).
  • Operator services can be contacted regarding who is on-call.
  • The American Messaging website can be used for sending pager messages to American Messaging pager number during the downtime at https://americanmessaging.net/ (use the Send a Message link at the top of the page).
  • The Help Desk and CAST are aware of the downtime as well.
