CNN interviewed William Schaffner, MD, professor of Preventive Medicine, about the recent case of HIV remission in the UK. Schaffner was also interviewed by Yahoo News about the shingles vaccine shortage, NBC News for a piece about Lyme disease and Healthline for a story about vaccine myths popping up in the news recently, including a lawmaker in Arizona calling mandatory vaccines a “communist” plot, and a Texas representative thinking that antibiotics can cure measles.

Stacie Dusetzina, PhD, associate professor of Health Policy, is quoted in a New York Times piece about the news that Eli Lilly will sell a half-price version of Humalog insulin.

Stephen Patrick, MD, assistant professor of Pediatrics, wrote an opinion piece for USA Today about opioid-dependent newborns.
