eStar Update: filing patient history questionnaire into eStar

Effective immediately, a new change allows end users to review and verify patient-entered medical history answers and file information to a patient’s chart.

My Health at Vanderbilt (MHAV) users can complete a Patient History Questionnaire during PreVisit. This saves the patient time at the clinic. Clinicians will review and verify the patient submitted health information correctly before filing into eStar. A Tip Sheet “Filing Patient History Questionnaire into eStar” is available in Hubbl.
