"Freeze" period in effect for eStar

In preparation for the April 7 upgrade to eStar and to ensure a smooth transition, there will be a “freeze” on changes to the system. The freeze period began on March 15 and will remain in effect until April 21. Exceptions will be made for critical reasons, such as patient safety, and will be determined and prioritized by senior leadership.
