Yoga for Stress Management class begins May 6
A six-week Yoga for Stress Management class at the Vanderbilt Osher Center begins on May 6. The class will be held Mondays at 11 a.m. and the cost is $72.
Stress affects us all in different ways. In this 6-week series, we’ll use movement and meditation to relieve stress from the body and mind, as well as deeply listen to what we need to stay balanced. The class builds on breathing, gentle yoga, and meditation techniques each week. All bodies, levels, and life experiences are welcome to join.

Cancellation Policy: Participants may cancel up to one week before start date without penalty, after that date there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the first-class date.
Instructor: Melissa Shah, MPH, RYT-500, RPYT, began practicing yoga therapy as a child to heal her asthma. At a young age, she was inspired to teach and completed her first training with the Vivekananda Institute in Hatha Yoga and Yoga for stress management.
