Weight Watchers at Work information session is tomorrow

A new Weight Watchers at Work group is forming and registration is open for a new series in September. An information session will be held Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 11 a.m. in the Doctors' Office Tower at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, room 5163.  With 15 registered members, the price would be $139 for 12 weeks of meetings filled with success strategies, recipes, tips and encouragement. The price also includes weekly weigh-ins, digital online tools and success materials. The new Weight Watchers coach at VUMC is Kim Waltman, and the VUMC Weight Watchers coordinator is Alisa Johnson.
